final blog, i really appreciate this semester!

This semester I have learnt some basic skills. For example, how to use dream waver and movie maker. I still remembered the first class, we were very exciting to create our first blog, and we made our Purdue space. I really appreciate this class, except learnt some basic computer skills, I also make a lot of friends. Especially I want to mention my partner Amna. She comes from Saudi Arabia. Compare with china, our culture are very different. Before I knew her, in my mind Saudi Arabia is a very traditional and rich country. However, that is a superficial understanding for Saudi Arabia. Amna told me in her country, they are allowed to have children as much as we want. For example, in the past, the family numbers could be ten or more. But right now, some family has changed; they do not think more children are a symbol of power and support. And she introduces some traditional food for me, such as “kabsah”. They do not celebrate New Year. But they have two celebrations, one of them is after “Ramadan” and the other one is “in the end of the ear”. They need to buy new clothes and then every family get together to celebrate this holiday, not only the parents and brother and sister, but also uncles and aunts and grandmother and grandfather and nephew cousin and whole family. I am very appreciate Amna teach me lots of their culture, and I also learnt a lot of things from my classmates.

my best friend

A friend is a person who can let you feel warm when you are depressed. So I have many friends. My best friend and I get along with each other quite well. His name is Tom but we are so different except our age. He is a quite funny outgoing guy but I am very serious. He is an athletic boy and is able to play all kinds of sports but I am only focus on basketball and reading book. My friend is wild and I am calm. He is tall, thin, strong, with shorthair, and sometime he is very careless and lazy.
In my memory, Tom and I did a lot of bad things such as another child did. We put snowball in someone’s clothes. We scared someone when they went home. During the adolescence, he had fallen in love with a girl. However that girl does not love him. He was so sad and told me lot things about that girl. I can felt how sad he was, and I like an adult tell him do not be sad. Don't be so naive as to believe that you will never love anyone as much as your first love. Most first loves and heartbreaks occur during teen years or early 20s. You still have most of your life ahead of you to find the love of your life.
In short, we still keep contact with each other even though we had not seen each other for 2 years. I think our friendship is beautiful and hope our friendship will forever and ever.

I Love Boston

Last spring break I went to the Boston, Boston is a old city which have 300 years history. Boston has long since expanded to fill the shoreline of Massachusetts Bay, and stretches for miles inland as well, the seventeenth-century port at its heart is still discernible.
I am a quiet guy, and I like take a walk after the dinner. Boston is very quiet city, no more stress. You can easily to see everyone’s smiles.
Another reason make Boston so quiet is Harvard University and MIT. Both of them are best university in the world, and I always think university can change a city’s spirit.
The liberal tradition that spawned the Kennedys remains alive, fed in part by the presence in the city of more than one hundred universities and colleges, the most famous of which – Harvard University – actually stands in the city of Cambridge, just across the Charles River, and is fully integrated into the tourist experience thanks to the area's excellent subway system.
In short, I think Boston is the most beautiful city I have ever been. Beautiful ocean, clean street. There is an atmosphere of peace and calm in the country quite different from the atmosphere of a big city.

the most influential people in my life

The most influential people in my life, I think that should be my mother. I still remembered I was a valetudinarianism boy when I was child. So my friends always like make fun from me that really make me uncomfortable. Sometimes I asked my mom for help, but she just told me a sentence: Do anything by yourself because you are a man! After that I started to think why my friends always laugh at me, and I found reason because I have not enough confidence.At last, because of my mom, I rebuild my confidence.
Another things is about my major, at first I want choice business, but in my heart I really interesting in psychology. When my mom asked me which one I prefer? And I am really no idea. So my mom gave me a paper let me write down every major’s benefit and harm. Finally I choice psychology to be my major, my mom’s method really help me how to deal with problem when cannot make choice. so I think my mom is the most influential people in my life

my embarrassing moment

when i was in high school, i had a best friend.

It was funny when I didn't recognize him on the street.

It was a Sunday morning, and I was wandering around on the street.

Suddenly, I think I saw my best friend was walking in front me,

so I went there as fast as I can. I hit him on the head without making sure it was him.

So something I didn't expect to happen that happened. When he turned back his head,

it was not him. My face was red like a tomato. " What's the matter with you?"

I was so embarrassing and said sorry to him.

So i ran away....
